Club Renaissance - Club Renaissance is advertised as a Vertical Country Club, This 58 story residential tower will be comprised of 800 units. Amenities highlight the country club style, and include swimming pools, tennis courts and membership to ANGEL PARK GOLF CLUB, located about 10 miles from this property.
Newport Lofts - Newport Lofts will be 300 ft. tall located in the Arts District of downtown Las Vegas. This location is close to many retail, wholesale and government facilities. It will be within walking distance from a proposed light rail/mono rail station and the huge World Market Center furniture mart which is currently under construction. Icon- The Icon will be a 500 feet tall all glass tower. All units will face the Strip. Location is just east of Las Vegas Boulevard. Prices are slated to start at about $500K.
Sky Las Vegas - Located near the legendary Circus-Circus Hotel,Casino. Sky Las Vegas will be well situated to take advantage of the new Wynn Resort and other recent additions to the "North Strip". This blue-glass tower will reach 44 stories and offer spectacular views. Prices start in the low $400s up to $4.2 million dollar pent houses. Cosmopolitan - A mixed use facility with 2,400 hotel and condo/hotel rooms. Incorporated in this project is a large casino, 1,800 seat theater, retail, restaurants, and other entertainment spaces. There will be two 600 ft. towers connected by a five story low rise building.
Residences at MGM Grand - Luxury condos located on the MGM grounds just NE of the famous MGM hotel/casino. There is room on the site for up to six 40 story towers each containing 576 residences. The District Lofts - Located adjacent to the Green Valley Station Hotel-Casino in Henderson. These Lofts and Flats are built above upscale retail shops. They range in size between 875 and 1,750 sq. ft. Of the total 88 units only about 20 remain for sale as of Jan. 22, 05. Prices range from the $350's to almost $900,000. Amenities include a 7 day a week concierge, fitness center, conference room library and theater.
Project City Center - This will be a major hotel/condo/casino project located on the site of the Boardwalk Hotel - Casino (which will be demolished). 1,650 luxury condo/hotel units - 4,000 room hotel - huge casino - over 500,000 of retail - and more! Currently in planning & scheduled for late 2006 opening.
Las Vegas Central - Will be built near the Las Vegas Convention Center. Includes two 47 story towers with over 1,000 residential units.
